Starting from the 29th of August 2025 shipments originating and containing products from Malaysia and sent to the United States will incur duty & tax of at least 19% since the de minimis of USD 800 has been abolished.
The items we sent to the United States by regular airmail are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and that means that you will receive your order without any additional costs.
Items sent by Courier (liquid goods for example) are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and the duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer!

Shipping:
We are based in Kuala Lumpur/Malaysia and ship WORLDWIDE, with the exception of Russia, Ukraine, North Korea and Israel.
FREE SHIPPING: Orders of 80$ and above come with FREE SHIPPING (4.99$ will be charged for orders below 80$).
Handling: Once we have received payment, we will normally ship your order out within 2 business days.
We ship using registered/trackable airmail by Pos Malaysia (or a similar service).
Starting 1st of July 2025 all liquid items will be sent out by courier service (FedEx or similar).
For deliveries by courier to remote, rural or inaccessible area there will be a ‘Courier Out Of Area Charge’ of 35 US$. Please check with us before ordering if unsure.
Starting 1st of January 2026 we will not ship Tongkat Ali to the EU, the United Kingdom, South Korea and Indonesia.
Shipping Times: Under normal circumstances it will take between 12 – 22 business days for an item shipped from Malaysia to arrive in the USA/Canada, between 8 – 16 business days to Australia and between 12 – 20 business days for most countries in Europe.
Note: There is always a chance of delays because of bad weather conditions or festive seasons.

Duties & Taxes: In most cases there are normally no duties or taxes to shipments outside of the United States and Europe. Should there be duties or taxes claimed by customs, the costs have to be borne by the buyer.
