Order Acceptance:
All orders placed on the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.
Payment:
All our prices are in US Dollars.
We accept payments by PayPal and by credit card or debit card (which will be processed secure by PayPal or Payoneer) and by direct bank transfer.
Packaging:
We try (were possible) to use recyclable materials for our packaging and also use recycled boxes and recycled paper and re-use packaging sent to us and from local businesses in our area.
This is done to reduce our carbon foot print and help save our environment.
Shipping:
Shipping for orders 80$ and above is FREE, for orders below 80$ the standard shipping charge is 5.99$ worldwide.
Shipments to the US will be sent ‘Delivery Duty Paid’ (DDP), meaning you will receive your order without any additional costs.
Once we have received payment, we will normally ship your order out within 2 business days by registered/trackable mail (either by Pos Malaysia or a similar service).
Starting 1st of July 2025 liquid items will be sent out only by courier service.
All tracking numbers will be send to you.
We ship out daily, except Saturday and Sunday and Malaysian public holidays.
For shipments to outside of Europe there are normally no duties or taxes on our goods.
Should the shipment be dutied by the customs, the charges must be borne by the buyer.
All shipments to countries in the European Union are subject to VAT (value added tax), please check with your customs before ordering.
It will normally take between 12 – 22 business days for an item shipped from Malaysia to arrive in the USA/Canada, between 8 – 18 business days to Australia and between 10 – 20 business days for most countries in Europe.
Should you need your order faster, we are also able to ship by courier service – please contact us for a quotation.

Images are for illustrative purposes only. The companies we are getting our stock from may change item design, pattern and packaging regularly. We will ship the latest stock available.
Return Policy:
We will always describe our items as accurate as possible.
If you’re not pleased with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible.
You can return an item to us within 30 days after the date you received it.
Items returned must be in the same condition as they were mailed out. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund your purchase price excluding the return shipping charge.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Collectors Gallery or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
Company Liability:
Unless otherwise indicated expressly in these Terms & Conditions, our liability regarding any product aquired from this website shall be limited strictly to the price of purchase of said product.
All product descriptions, information and materials shown on our site are provided ‘as is’, with no express or implied warranties or conditions of the same, except those legally established.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Malaysian law is applicable and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
This agreement is subject to change at our sole discretion at any time, without notice.
